Health Care Card Applications
Retirees who do not qualify for the Age Pension may be able to access other concession cards, each with different qualification requirements.
Low Income Health Care Card (LIHCC) - available to retirees who are not yet Age Pension age but have met the required income test.
Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card (CSHC) - available to self-funded retirees who do not qualify for the Age Pension but do meet an income test.

- Bulk billing for doctors’ appointments
